If you're tired of coordinating house keys with your family and other folks who might need a key, like a dog-walker, plumber, or electrician, try this Yale Assure 2 Lock. It gives you flexible control over who gets access to your home — and when — along with other smart conveniences.

Touchscreen and Bluetooth control

This key-free lock features an illuminated touchscreen for easy access. Built-in Bluetooth lets you lock and unlock the door using the Yale Access smartphone app. You can even use its auto-unlock/lock feature, as long as you're carrying your smartphone or even just wearing your Apple Watch.

And you can add unlimited unique entry codes for family, friends, and workers that can be created or removed anytime you're within Bluetooth range. 

Use the lock with your voice

This lock works with Apple HomeKit, so you can use your voice to lock, unlock, or check the lock status with Siri. If you add the optional Yale Wi-Fi Smart Module (sold separately), you can also use Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa. Using your voice assistant to unlock the door may require you to speak your PIN code, so be careful of who might be listening. (Voice assistant devices sold separately.)

Add Wi-Fi for access from just about anywhere

The optional Wi-Fi Smart Module gives you expanded functionality and remote control with your smartphone, from anywhere — provided you've got an internet connection. That includes notifications on your phone that show you who's coming and going and when, or if the door is left ajar — thanks to the included DoorSense™ unit. And you can schedule access time windows for each unique passcode, so they'll have keyless access when you allow it, and none when you don't.

The Wi-Fi module also allows you to integrate this lock with any smart home devices you might have using the Google Home, Alexa, and Apple HomeKit control apps. That means you can do things like have your smart entryway lights turn on whenever anyone unlocks the front door, and turn off after you lock up and leave.
