Garmin's Approach S50 golf GPS watch turns an everyday timepiece into a multi-faceted links partner, with accurate measurements, course layouts, stats, fitness tracking, and much more. It's both stylish and practical, with a 1.2" finger-friendly AMOLED screen and aluminum bezel that's suitable for the clubhouse and boardroom. You can map pin locations and track your ball's location with ease, and even get distances that take course elevation into consideration. And you'll enjoy access to over 43,000 preloaded international courses, making it ideal for rounds nearly anywhere you want to play.

Green View with manual pin positioning, plus PlaysLike Distance

Hate not knowing what the next green looks like? You can get a closer look on the S50's screen and tap or drag the pin to move it for the best approach. You'll see distances to the front, middle, and back of the green, plus info on doglegs and hazards along your path. The PlaysLike Distance feature takes elevation change into account to provide a true read on the distance to the pin. You can also pair the S50 with Garmin's Approach Z30 laser rangefinder to see accurate distances on the watch's screen.

AutoShot records and analyzes every distance you hit

Garmin's improved AutoShot feature ensures every shot you hit will get recorded for distance so you can refer to those swings later. Pair the S50 with Garmin's optional Approach CT10 club monitors for automatic game tracking. Once you've completed your game, you can see your results online using Garmin Connect.

Garmin's Golf and Connect apps let you explore more

For an even more thorough statistical analysis, the Golf and Connect smartphone apps from Garmin keep track of your performance over time in a number of ways, so you can pull up past games on your phone to see where you need more work and where you're improving. The Golf app covers accuracy to the fairway or green for drives, approach shots, chip shots, and putting, and allows you to set baselines to see how you're faring relative to other players in your group. It also offers digital scorecard options for individual players, including Stroke Play and Stableford. You can save, review, and print scorecards from your computer.

Smart Notifications, music, and more

If you're worried about missing important texts, calls, alerts, and emails on the course, you can pair the Approach S50 with most smartphones through Bluetooth® low energy, then receive notifications directly on the watch's face, so you can safely leave your phone in your bag. You can also download playlists and tunes from Spotify, Deezer, and Amazon Music for an on-the-go soundtrack without your phone. Set up a Garmin Pay™ account for contactless payments at a number of retail outlets.
