The 10" touchscreen display on Garmin's ECHOMAP Ultra 2 106sv chartplotter gives you an easy-to-use view of the aquatic layout around and under your boat, even when the sun's super-bright. It's also fully compatible with NIMEA 2000® networks and Wi-Fi®, and it can connect wirelessly to other ECHOMAP UHD and Ultra 2 devices on board. The new screen recording feature lets you capture the action via your smartphone for future reference. If you decide to add a transducer, it's ready to go with built-in support for CHIRP sonar and Ultra High-Definition ClearVü and SideVü scanning sonars.

Technology you can use

This chartplotter offers Garmin's improved multi-band GNSS technology, allowing it to lock on to satellite signals (including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou) and refresh position and heading information rapidly. It'll even perform in areas where signals are heavily reflected or weak. Garmin's screen recording capability allows you to capture what you see on the chartplotter's display through Garmin's ActiveCaptain phone app.

Available with or without a sonar transducer

The ECHOMAP Ultra 2 106sv features built-in traditional CHIRP sonar capability, along with Ultra High-Definition ClearVü and SideVü scanning sonars, so it'll be ready when you add a compatible Garmin transducer, like the GT56UHD-TM. Vivid color palettes allow you to distinguish between fish and underwater structures easily.

When used with Garmin's GT56UHD-TM transducer you'll enjoy remarkably clear, detailed images up to 200 feet below and 500 feet around the boat. You'll see fish, plants, and structures, and you'll even be able to tell the difference between large and small fish. The transducer delivers Ultra High-Definition ClearVü and SideVü scanning sonar images to the chartplotter, and it works with high wide CHIRP traditional sonar. If you purchase the Ultra 106sv package including the transducer, it also includes transom and trolling motor mounts for an easier installation.

Find your way using coastal and lake maps

The ECHOMAP Ultra 2 106sv's large display provides a big, bright view of the preloaded Garmin Navionics+ inland and coastal integrated maps. Coverage includes the coastal U.S. (East Coast, West Coast, Gulf of Mexico, U.S. and Canadian sides of the Great Lakes), Alaska, Hawaii, and coastal British Columbia. You also get U.S. charts for lakes and other inland waterways. Navionics+ also features Garmin's new Auto Guidance+ technology, which quickly calculates the best route between your boat and your destination, avoiding obstacles, shallow waterways, overhead impediments, or sharp turns.

This ECHOMAP comes with a 1-year Navionics+ subscription for downloadable daily updates and more. You can also use the microSD™ card slots when you want to add more maps, or you can purchase new charts through Garmin's free ActiveCaptain® app.

Helpful map-creation tools

The ECHOMAP Ultra 2 106sv includes preloaded Quickdraw Contours software that lets you create your own HD maps with 1-foot contours. You'll own the maps, so you can keep the data to yourself or share it with Garmin or your friends with select Garmin ECHOMAP devices. No surveying experience needed — you just fish and let it handle the map creation. You can pair the built-in Wi-Fi with Garmin's free ActiveCaptain app to get notifications, share maps, plan trips, and more.

More guidance options

Optional Garmin Navionics Vision+™ premium cartography brings a fresh look to your ECHOMAP's maps. This service delivers high-resolution relief shading, satellite imagery, sonar imagery, and much more. NMEA 2000 network-ready

When you integrate this Garmin ECHOMAP chartplotter with your NMEA 2000 network, you'll be able to see engine data, check sensors, manage autopilot, and more. It also supports Panoptix LiveVü Forward Sonar.

Stow it when you're docked

It's easy to keep your ECHOMAP safe and secure when you're not on board. The cords plug directly into the mount, so you won't have to waste time plugging and unplugging wires. Just remove your ECHOMAP from power and the mount, then stow it away and go.
