A flexible, expandable camera system

The Lorex 4K Fusion Wired NVR System includes an easy-to-use network video recorder and four weather-resistant 4K cameras — everything you need to keep a watchful eye over your home or small business.

You also have room to expand your system with other Fusion Collection gear from Lorex if you find you have more angles to cover. The NVR can support up to four additional IP cameras and eight Wi-Fi products such as doorbells and floodlights (sold separately). And if you need more storage space for those extra cameras, you can upgrade the hard drive. The system can support up to 8TB of storage.

Advanced motion detection

The system's motion-based detection can recognize people, animals, vehicles, and even packages that have been dropped off — all with customizable levels of sensitivity. You'll get a notification to your smartphone anytime the cameras notice motion. You can then view the live feed and communicate with anyone on the other side.

The NVR continuously captures everything your cameras see over the course of the day. You can go back and review that footage at any time with the help of a time-saving smart search. That way you can quickly tell if a "lost" package was gobbled by a local critter, snagged by a passing ne'er-do-well, or just never truly delivered.

Customizable warning lights

Each camera features a pair of motion-activated warning lights, plus a full-color LED band. You can program the lights in conjunction with a siren to discourage unwanted guests from sticking around. Customize the LED with up to 16.7 million colors or use preset modes like Welcome or Panic. Plus, the camera is also equipped with night vision, so you can see motion events clearly — even after dark. The camera can capture color footage if there's a little ambient light and black and white footage in total darkness.

Streamlined installation and controls

The brain of this security system is the NVR (network video recorder), which needs to be connected to your Wi-Fi router and AC power. Each of the four included IP cameras then connects to the NVR with a single ethernet cable that supplies both power and a network connection. You can mount the cameras either indoors or out using the included kits.

Once the cameras and NVR have been installed, you can control them and review your recordings from a compatible computer. You can also get notifications and control the cameras from your smartphone with the intuitive Lorex app. It's also compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa devices, so you can simply ask to see footage or a live camera view on compatible screens.
