Simple indoor security

The Lorex Smart Sensor Kit is everything you need to add a little security to your home without relying on video recording. This kit comes with a Lorex sensor hub, two Lorex window/door sensors, and a Lorex motion sensor. Each of the sensors connects wirelessly with the hub for a flexible setup that you can control from your mobile phone.

The window/door sensors trigger whenever the entryway where you install them is opened by more than 3/4". And the motion sensor uses infrared to detect any moving object with a heat signature up to 26 feet away within its 110° field of view. Download the free Lorex mobile app to get notifications and even a chime alert on your phone whenever these sensors are triggered.

Streamlined installation

All of the components in this system can be mounted with simple adhesive kits included in the box. Just peel and stick. The sensor hub and motion sensor can be mounted on virtually any flat surface, like a wall or tabletop. The window/door sensors both include two parts, which need to be mounted adjacent to each other on a door or window frame. And all of the sensors need to be installed within wireless range of the hub.

Once all your gear is installed, you can control the system from your smartphone with the app. Preset modes let you easily arm and disarm sensors based on your situation. In Home mode, only window/door sensors will be active, while in Away mode all of your sensors will be active. You can also disarm the entire system at any time.

Expand your security

The Lorex sensor hub can accomodate up to 10 sensors total, allowing you to easily monitor more of your home. Additional window/door sensors and motion sensors are available separately. You can also connect compatible Lorex Wi-Fi cameras directly to the hub and even pair them with one of your sensors so they only start recording once motion has already been detected.

The hub can be used standalone or connected to an existing Lorex NVR or DVR system that uses the Lorex app. And if you have wired Lorex cameras connected to an NVR/DVR, you can pair them to sensors just like wireless cameras.
