The '5500 makes streaming easy with built-in Bluetooth 5.0 featuring aptX™ technology that can deliver high-res audio. Add this amp to your home network via its on-board Wi-Fi or Ethernet with support for familiar streaming platforms including Google Cast, Apple AirPlay, TIDAL Connect, Spotify Connect, Qobuz Connect, and Roon.

High-quality 8-channel DAC

Streaming and digital sources will sound fantastic through the '5500, thanks to its audiophile-grade digital-to-analog converter (DAC). This Quad Balanced, 8-channel, 32-bit DAC delivers a wide dynamic range with vanishingly low distortion.

Plenty of connections for your sources

This integrated amplifier lets you connect all sorts of sources, including components with a high-quality balanced XLR output. Along with the phono input, you get four line-level stereo RCA inputs. On the digital side, you get pairs of optical and coaxial inputs, along with a USB Type-B input for playing high-res audio files from a computer.

Outputs include speaker terminals for a stereo pair and mono RCA out to a powered subwoofer. There's a full-sized headphone jack on the front panel. A preamp output lets you connect to an external power amp. And Home Theater PassThru lets you incorporate the '5500 into a multi-channel TV surround sound setup.
